Kimilee Bryant has been teaching and coaching privately for the past 24 years in NY, SC, CA and given Master Classes in colleges throughout the country. She has taught at NYU , Converse College in Spartanburg, SC and at Anderson University (SC) . She is a graduate of SC Governor’s School of Arts ( the first year the school offered music & voice study), Converse College (Bachelor of Music), and Manhattan School of Music (Master of Music). She has studied acting with Terry Schreiber and Gloria Maddox in NYC for over 15 years as well. Dance for over Twenty years in SC & NYC. Kimilee believes a singer must study voice technique, acting , dance and piano to be a well-rounded performer.
Her voice teachers include: Ivah Dickson, Michael V. Rice, Jane Rolandi, Mignon Dunn, Adele Addison, Maitland Peters, and Virginia Grasso. Coaches include: Gary Wedow, Kathy Olsen, Glenn Morton, Kemal Khan.
Many of her students are and have worked on Broadway , in regional theatres across the US , internationally and have won major competitions and titles. She has also created opportunities for her students to perform in NY and around the country in cabarets, concerts and readings of new musicals.
Currently she is serving on the faculty of Anderson University in addition to teaching privately.

Family discounts available for 2 or more students in same family ( immediate family only). Fee has been recently reduced for the Carolinas! Single Private Lesson $75 ( hour) 5 lesson package $345 ( Only available for summer -must use within 2 months). Lessons are discounted for ongoing students who have lessons on a weekly basis.
Preference and guaranteed times ( except in cases where lessons times are changed due to Ms. Bryant’s performance schedule) are for students’ signing up for ongoing lessons. Those students will also be involved in recitals and other performance opportunities. Lessons are one hour weekly. Cancellations must be done no less than 24 hours in advance and make -ups are not possible (unless due to instructor cancellation or inclement weather & a Skype/Facetime/Zoom lesson is an option for inclement weather). A make-up lesson or credit to next month will be offered only in these situations, NOT for late cancels. Shorter lesson times are available for students 7-9 years of age. Beginning piano lessons and private acting coaching is also available.
In studio lessons offered in Greenville , SC (near Furman).
Skype/Facetime Video lessons are available for those not in the area, though at least two “in studio” sessions are preferred prior to online lessons. *now due to Covid-19 initial virtual lessons are also permissible .

Full amount due on or before July 10 ( first day of camp). Deposit and tuition is non-refundable. Cancellation policy: If you must cancel (One month before start of camp) for any reason, fees will be applied to future lessons and workshops. If your child misses a day of the camp due to illness he or she may make up the class in another session that week ( in another age group), but please do not sign up for camp unless you can attend for the week. Special guests subject to availability and announced closer to camp start.

Grace McGrath- Dance- 3rd year student at Manhattan School of Music earning a BA in Musical Theatre, recently appeared in the new version of Cabaret coached by composer John Kander. Ms. McGrath studied voice with Ms. Bryant and has been seen in numerous leading roles in theatres in Upstate, SC.
